“Highly recommend this property for families!! My kids (4 and 7) loooooved the bunk beds!!! We had a little bit of an issue checking in because they put us in a non bunk bed room and the second room was occupied but the assistant front desk manager treated us to a cabana on the water park for one of the days. We got to the hotel with our 5 year old well before check-in and while they were booked solid they tried to get us into a room as soon as possible. I also really liked that they had Easter activities planned for the children, and made sure the kids had fun things to do. ”

“I had high hopes for El Conquistador, but that was not to be. Overpriced! Everything was overpriced. Long lines to get a warm cup of coffee or ice cream. Waitstaff needs training in customer service. Food was subpar. While Palomino Island is beautiful, the line for the ferry was long both ways. Wasted lots of time. There’s no beach to walk on and unless you rent a car, you’re pretty much stuck there. Puerto Rico is great, but I’ll stay in Isla Verde next time. Much better options and close...
